Privacy Policy
Personal data (especially name and address) of the buyers are kept in accordance with the applicable laws of the Czech Republic, that is the Law on Personal Data Protection no. 101/2000 Coll. All data received from the buyers is used solely for internal trade purposes (for the successful completion of the orders) and is not to be given to the third parties. Exceptions are the transportation carriers, which are to receive some of consumers' personal data necessary for the smooth delivery of the ordered goods.
Personal data of the buyers are fully protected against misuse. Data is stored and not shared with the third parties. The buyer accepts the conclusion of the collection and processing of personal data in our database upon successful completion of the contract and orders until he provides us with a written disagreement statement. Consumers have a right to access their personal data and a right to correct them, including other legal rights referred to these data.
